We have created a three-step program to ensure that your occupied property is enhanced to the highest standards. Firstly, we will meet with you for an initial consultation; we will thoroughly assess every room and compile a list of recommendations, based on our extensive experience. Recommendations may include, but are not limited to, curb appeal, cleaning, painting, repairs, lighting, organizing, de-personalizing, de-cluttering and recommended purchases.

The next step is to perform prep work. Using our recommendation list as a guide, you will be empowered to make the most cost-effective adjustments and improvements to your home, in preparation for showcasing. Generally, this work can be performed by the property owner as straightforward DIY projects. However, we understand that time can be at a premium, so we offer a project management service to oversee the preparation stage. We can connect you with local tradespeople, suppliers, and contractors, or take ownership of the entire process. This stage is critical to complete correctly; the success of showcasing is entirely dependent on it.

The third and final step is showcasing. This is your property’s time to shine! We will ensure that all furniture, accessories, artwork, and lighting are placed strategically to maximise the visual impact of your home. We break down our occupied staging fees into various stages, with complete packages starting from just $1295.

Our consultations are priced at $200 for condominiums under 1200 square feet and $275 for homes up to 3500 square feet. We’re also able to accommodate larger properties; contact us for a bespoke quote.

During the second stage of home staging, prep work, we are happy to take on the responsibility of project managers. Utilising our existing relationships with suppliers, tradespeople, and contractors, we can secure a high-quality result at the best price.

We then have two showcasing packages available. Our standard package includes rearrangement of furniture and accessories to highlight the best of your property and is well-suited to spaces with newer furnishing. We also offer an enhanced package which includes a selection of pieces from our inventory of stunning furniture and accessories. There are three room, five room, and full staging packages to choose from.
